Lace Detail Bottom-up Tank

Why not be adventurous and knit in the opposite direction?  We all love top-down construction, but often turn away from bottom-up!?!  Susan will help de-mystify this topsy-turvy construction as the class knits this lovely summer top, sleeveless, but with enough coverage that it is a flattering garment for many different ages and body types.  And the swingy shape means you can layer it as a vest when the weather gets chilly.....
